A franchisee can now offer financially distressed persons a buy out on their propertie's purchase solution where we pay cash for the property within 7 days and have alterations done before selling it off.
A Real Africa Estate & Travel® franchise is assisted with the recruiting of personnel, marketing campaigns and an official opening launch.

In order to ensure that the franchise territory/region is properly serviced, the franchisee has the right to appoint sub-branches in their territory which can be operated by the initial franchisee or by another entity. In the case where the sub-branch is operated by another entity or sub-licensee, Real Africa Estate & Travel® reserves the right to approve such appointment and in these cases the sub-licensee must complete a franchise agreement and comply with all the conditions associated with becoming a Real Africa Estate & Travel® outlet.

If the sub-licensee is not the original franchisee, then Real Africa Estate & Travel® will receive 20% of such sub-license fee. The same terms and conditions apply to any sub-license as to the territory master license.

From an operational perspective, the two really exciting differentiators of our Franchise Model are the ''Sole Mandate'' and ''Distressed Property/Seller Finance'' programs.

• Under the Sole Mandate program, the franchisee can offer the seller a purchase guarantee should he not be able to sell the property (If we don’t sell it we’ll buy it).

• The Distressed Property/Seller Finance program enables either a distressed seller or a distressed property to be brought to market immediately with a guarantee of how much and when the seller will receive their funds (If it needs help, we’ll help it).

Only 5% royalties are payable to the franchisor by the franchisees to support the National Network of Real Africa Estate & Travel® franchisees.
