Genrand was a founding member of BFASA [Bridging Finance Association of SA] and one of their Directors was the Chairman of BFASA for 3 years. As Genrand is not a primary lender, they are not a member of BFASA anymore (since January 2015) when the criteria for membership changed. Genrand will be taking the lead to establish a similar Association for Bridging Finance Brokers in SA.

You can, without the need to use your own capital, operate your own bridging finance company independently in terms of your Franchise Agreement. You will therefore be in business for yourself but not by yourself. You can earn R300 000 plus per annum risk free.
All you need is the eagerness to serve people's financial needs and a sense of urgency. The products will sell themselves in a good or bad economy. You need a home based office which we will equip as part of your franchise package.
