A speciality Deli with a difference in the vein of many successful international brands, but with a variance in that it combines elements of all these brands and is aimed at the local market area.
The concept addresses three market segments:
- Coffee Bar / Deli – relaxed informal environment
- Take Away – quick service, offering a break from the normal fare but covering a full spectrum of products.
- Deliveries – unusual products and addressing offices, functions – platters etc.
Locations are being sourced in high visibility areas, close to offices or in Mall food courts.
THE MENU
The Deli Biscotti menu features a large assortment of standard fare but also unique and new foods, including gourmet sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, cakes, coffees and espressos and an assortment of other unique offerings.
Food and beverage products are designed to be ''different'', but will also feature standard fare for the less adventurous consumer, with very competitive pricing.
Deli Biscotti features a number of WOW products (many world firsts) that immediately create a talking point, as word of mouth is one of the strongest form of marketing i.e. unusual salads, relish ''dogs'', daily meals and unusual beverage products amongst others.
