P.H.A.T. CAMP is an intense fat-loss, get-fit, shape-up fitness training program which employs unique techniques and activities performed mainly outdoors. P.H.A.T. CAMP implements mental toughness and self-discipline to simulate interactive fitness learning experiences that transfer knowledge and practical skills to individuals. Individuals learn to work with their body weight and are given goal-orientated motivation which is practical for everyday living. P.H.A.T. CAMP employs the principles of motivation through group participation. Learning to work as a unit with one common goal while always respectful of the individuals’ capabilities and limits. Motivational morale building tools also are an important leg of the program.
Although P.H.A.T. CAMP programs cater for all levels of fitness including the very unfit and overweight, the training is intense as fat-loss goals have to be achieved and maintained. It includes ‘Integrated Circuit Training’ (ICT), ‘Enhanced Interval Training’ (EIT) and ‘Outdoor Fitness Games’ that follow a Periodized Fitness Program designed to test and improve fitness, strength, speed and endurance.
